When I'm working on projects (I'm a graphic designer & animator), I spend time away from my computer just thinking, or sometimes sketching out ideas, but still using brain power dedicated toward my project. I also believe employee monitoring software is unethical. My top concern at the moment is that I don't want them to be able see rough drafts of the emails I'm sending them because, like I said, things are a little tense.
They've specifically requested that I use the desktop app because the browser and iOS versions don't take screenshots.
Is there a way to block the desktop Hubstaff app from doing this? Or possibly remove those permissions? I'm using a 2013 MacBook Pro running macOS Catalina.
